• PRODUCTS - Cylinder Liner is an insert in the Cylinder Block for water cooled engine whereas an air cooled engine uses a Cylinder Block. It is a Cylinder inside which the Piston reciprocate. The combustion of the fuel takes place inside the Cylinder. It is exposed to very high temperature resulting in to high thermal stresses. The thermal energy generated by the combustion of fuels inside the Cylinder is converted to useful work.
The sleeve is an insert to an air cooled cylinder block or water cooled block (without liner type). Usually it is used when the bore size is increased beyond limit due to wear. The material and other parameters are same as cylinder liner. The sleeves are available in semi-finish or fully finish condition.

• MATERIAL - The Cylinder Liner is made from Grey Cast Iron of FG 200 to FG 250 grade. Inside surface of the bore is honed to required pattern and size. The Cylinder Block is made of Grey Cast iron of FG 200 / FG 250 grade, casted by shell moulding process.

• RANGE - We have a wide range of Cy. Liners, Sleeves & Blocks in our production, used in two wheelers, three wheelers, cars, tractors, trucks, stationery engines, marine engines, compressors etc.

• MANUFACTURING FACILITY - Casting is done by centrifugal process or sand casting or shell moulding processes per the requirement. Machining is done on CMC machines and honed with special honing machines with proper grain size of hones.

• PRODUCT - Crankshaft is a very vital component of the engine. The power generated inside the Cylinder is transmitted to the Crankshaft which in turn transfers the same for useful work. It converts the reciprocating motion of the piston to rotary motion.

• MATERIAL - Crankshafts are normally made of special steels or alloy steels by forging process or of S.G. Iron by casting process. It is a very critical component and proper care has to be taken for its quality in machining, surface finishing and heat treatment.

• RANGE - We have a wide range of Crank Shaft in our production, used in two wheelers, three wheelers, cars, tractors, trucks, stationery engines, marine engines, compressors etc.

• MANUFACTURING FACILITIES - Modern forging plant for forging and specialised equipment like copy turning, Lathe machine cylindrical grinder, crankshaft grinder, induction hardening machine, dynamic, balancing machine etc. are and in our plant for manufacturing of crankshaft.

• PRODUCT - Bearings  &   Bush   are  very  important  components   in   any  machinery  used   in applications having high friction areas or having rotational movement.

• MATERIAL - Bearings & Bush are made from Gun Metal or brass due to is wear resisting properties. Bimetal Bearings & Bush are made from strips. Here the material used are of different type of alloys such as 90% white metal or copper lead or tin lead aluminum etc. These alloys are soft enough to take away the dirt particles embedded in the lining and also have a very high wear resistance with very low friction. They also dissipate the heat very quickly. Thick wall bearings and bushes with or without collar are made from steel pipe lined with above mentioned bearing metals. The ball bearings and bushes with or without collar are made from steel pipe lined with above mentioned metals. The ball bearings, needle bearings and roller bearings are made from alloy steel of appropriate grade.

• RANGE - We have complete range of Bearings and Bushes for various applications, such as cars / trucks / tractors / marine and industrial diesel engines / agricultural engines, etc. Bearings and bushes are also available for various industrial applications.

• MANUFACTURING FACILITIES - An ultra modern strip plant for powdering and sintering the metal on steel stripes. Press shop for bush & bearing formation. Modern forging plant and heat treatment plant for bearings rings as well as CMC machining facility is available. Specialised equipment are available for manufacturing of balls, needles, rollers and cages of bearings.
